Before you begin

Private View lets you connect a MarketMates MT5 CopyMate account to a strategy provider through a secure web dashboard. Before you can connect, you need a verified MarketMates Client Portal account and an MT5 CopyMate live account.

  • A valid email address and mobile number

  • A government-issued identity document and any requested proof of address

  • A stable internet connection

1. Register and verify your MarketMates account

Create your MarketMates account and sign in to the Client Portal. Select Verify Account from the verification banner and complete the requested checks. These usually include proof of identity, proof of address and a selfie.

2. Create the MT5 CopyMate live account

  1. Select Create Live Account, then Live Account.

  2. Choose MT5 CopyMate.

  3. Choose your preferred account currency and account type as each option appears.

  4. Select Create Account.

The account should be created within a few seconds. Make a note of the MT5 Account ID shown in the portal; you will need it when linking the account to Private View.
