Step 1: Register on the Client Portal
Visit the MarketMates Client Portal and complete the registration form to create your account.
Step 2: Complete Identity Verification
After registering, you'll need to complete an identity verification to open a live account. This process is automated through our verification partner, Sumsub.
You will need:
A physical copy of your valid passport or government-issued ID cardPDF copy of a proof of address document, dated within the last 6 months.A live selfie, which is taken during the verification process.
Step 3: Document Review
Once submitted, documents are generally verified within 20 seconds, if there are any issues, or any additional documents we may need, either Sumsub will prompt you to upload it, or we will reach out.
Step 4: Get Started!
Once your account is fully verified and approved, you are all set. Simply fund your account through the portal and you can begin trading.
