How to Fund Your Trading Account
You can fund your MarketMates trading account by card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Other funding methods, including PayPal and local payment options, may also be available depending on your country or region.
How to Deposit Funds
Log in to the MarketMates Client Portal.
Select Deposit Funds from the main menu.
Choose the trading account you'd like to fund.
Select your preferred funding method.
Enter the amount you'd like to deposit.
Select Deposit and follow the instructions provided to complete your payment.
The final steps will depend on the funding method you choose.
Funding by Card
Select the available card payment option and enter your payment details when prompted. Your card must be held in the same name as your MarketMates trading account.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, the funds will be credited to your selected trading account.
Funding by Bank Transfer
Select Bank Transfer to view the bank account details and payment instructions for your region and currency.
Follow the instructions carefully and include the required payment reference so we can identify your deposit. The bank account used to send the funds must be in the same name as your MarketMates trading account.
If you're depositing in a different currency from your trading account, you can review the applicable conversion rate before continuing.
After completing the transfer through your bank, return to the deposit page and upload your deposit receipt. This helps our team confirm the payment and credit the funds to the correct trading account.
Funding by Cryptocurrency
Select the cryptocurrency you'd like to deposit and follow the instructions provided. Make sure you:
Send the correct cryptocurrency.
Use the correct blockchain network.
Send the funds to the exact wallet address displayed.
Send the funds from a crypto wallet that belongs to you.
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot usually be reversed. Always check the currency, network, and wallet address before confirming the transfer.
