A connection checklist for logging in to MetaTrader 5.
Install MT5 from a trusted source, then choose the option to log in to an existing trade account. Enter the account number, password, and server exactly as shown in your MarketMates account area.
On mobile, check the broker and server name carefully because similar names can appear. If quotes do not load, confirm the market is open and your connection is stable.
