What ScaleMate is

ScaleMate is a live-capital program. You choose an available account size, pay the non-refundable Purchase Fee, and MarketMates provides access to the corresponding starting balance. The Purchase Fee may be marketed as a deposit, risk deposit, or risk capital, but it is not client money, a personal deposit, an investment, or a withdrawable balance.

ScaleMate gives you access to live markets from the start. Unlike a Prop Trading challenge, there is no evaluation phase to complete before you begin trading the account.

Customer Purchase Fee plus the MarketMates top-up equals the ScaleMate starting balance.
The relationship stays the same while available plan amounts can vary. Confirm current figures in the MarketMates portal and ScaleMate Terms.

Compare the current plan details

Before purchasing, review the Purchase Fee, top-up, starting balance, scaling plan and maximum account size shown for the plan. ScaleMate uses a fixed 10% maximum loss and an 80% profit share.

Confirm the figures for your selected plan in the MarketMates portal before proceeding.

Understand maximum loss

ScaleMate’s maximum loss is fixed at 10%. Monitor both realised and unrealised results and leave room for trading costs and market movement rather than trading directly at the limit.

If the portal or your account dashboard displays a plan-specific calculation or threshold, follow that current account information.

How scaling works

ScaleMate uses a level-based scaling plan. Once you meet the performance and timing criteria for the next tier, you may request an upgrade or choose to remain on your current tier. Scaling is not automatic.

You may withdraw profits at any time. Meeting the criteria preserves your option to request the upgrade later, so you do not need to upgrade immediately.
