What the request form is for
The MarketMates Free TradingView Indicators form collects the details needed to request indicator access. Its welcome screen says your TradingView username is needed to add the indicators.
Find your TradingView username
Sign in to the TradingView account you want to use and check the username on your profile. Use the username for that account, not your MarketMates login or your TradingView password.
Open the MarketMates request form
Follow the resource link above and choose Get started. The form asks for your name and email address, and requires your TradingView username for indicator access.
Check and submit your details
Complete the fields shown in the form. Check the spelling of the TradingView username and your email address before submitting, then follow the confirmation instructions displayed by the form.
Check the access instructions
Use the same TradingView account you supplied when following any access instructions you receive. Submitting the request is not the same as confirming that access has already been granted.
If you cannot find the indicators
Check that you are signed into the intended TradingView account and that the username you submitted is correct. Review the form confirmation and any follow-up email, including your spam folder. If you still need help, contact MarketMates support with your username and approximate request date, not your password.
