How to request progression to the next ScaleMate level.
When you reach the profit target for your current level and satisfy the applicable timing requirements, you may request a move to the next level. Scaling is not automatic, and you may choose to remain on your current tier.
Confirm the current target, timing criteria, and upgrade process in your dashboard and the applicable ScaleMate terms before requesting a level change.
