Answer

Under clause 6.5 of the ScaleMate Terms and Conditions (https://marketmates.com/scalemate-terms-and-conditions/), ordinary trading loss exposure is limited to your Purchase Fee and any retained profits that remain at risk in the account. You are not required to repay ordinary losses on firm capital. This does not apply to fraud, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, deliberate platform abuse, or other liabilities under the Terms.

Fast markets, price gaps, and limited liquidity can still cause execution at a different price from the stop-out level, so leave a practical buffer above the limit.
