MarketMates identity verification
MarketMates completes identity verification at the beginning of the customer relationship. Because MarketMates operates through a licensed and regulated brokerage, this Know Your Customer process is required before you can use our services.
Completing it early means you can confirm your approval before investing significant time in a challenge.
RiseWorks payout verification
A second KYC check is completed through RiseWorks, a separate third-party payment provider, before a payout can be processed. RiseWorks collects its own information and makes its own approval decision. You may therefore complete MarketMates KYC when opening your account and RiseWorks KYC before receiving a payout.
Approval by MarketMates does not predict or guarantee approval by RiseWorks. Follow the official RiseWorks process and contact support if its status is unclear.
