Soft breaches
MarketMates may review a rule breach and apply a remedy permitted by the Terms, taking account of the nature and circumstances of the conduct.
Available remedies are discretionary and can include warnings or restrictions, removal of affected profits, challenge failure or restart, suspension, or account closure. No remedy is guaranteed.
Serious breaches
Serious, repeated or deliberate rule-breaking may lead to stronger action, including challenge failure or account closure, as permitted by the Terms.
